These terms govern your use of the Class Concierge website and the booking services we offer. By submitting an enquiry or confirming a booking you accept these terms.

Our role

Class Concierge acts as an intermediary between clients and verified suppliers (airlines, yacht operators, vehicle providers). The supplier remains the legal carrier or operator for your booking.

Quotes and confirmation

All quotes are valid for the period stated in writing. A booking is confirmed only after payment has been received in cleared funds and a written confirmation has been issued by us.

Payment

We accept European SEPA bank transfer as the standard payment method. Card payments are available on request. We do not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or third-party transfers.

Cancellation and changes

Cancellation and change rules follow the supplier's published policy as disclosed in your quote. Class Concierge service fees are non-refundable once the booking has been issued.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the service fee we have charged you. We are not liable for changes, cancellations, or losses caused by the supplier or by force majeure.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
